Contact us as soon as you confirm the date. Depending on the season reservations go quickly. If your event comes about short notice, contact us right away and we will do what we can to accommodate you.
There is no charge for a date change providing we receive 2 weeks notice. We will do our best to be available on your new date but cannot guarantee it. If you need to cancel your order completely, we cannot refund your deposit but will be happy to apply that deposit to any date in the future providing its within two years of the original deposit date.
You would need to provide a signed contract and 50% deposit. The final payment is due 30 days prior to the event.
Yes. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% fee.
This happens quite frequently. We charge $75 per hour for idle time. Some customers choose to have the station run for cocktail hour, have it idle during dinner, and then have it run for a couple more hours during the reception.
We take care of it from here. We will arrive at your event about 1 hour early to set up. After the last photo is taken, it takes us about 30 minutes to break down. Set up and break down is not included in the hours we are there or what you pay for. For example, a three hour package means that our staff will actually be at your event for four and a half hours.
The Paparazzi! Selfie Station requires Wifi or and Ethernet connection if you plan to upload, email or text pictures.
The Selfie Station is super easy to use. Just follow the easy instructions on the screen, and your pictures are taken and displayed within seconds.
It depends on the event. Some basic tips include placing the station in a popular area such as near the bar or dance floor. We suggest you let your guests know where it is and that it is available to them at no cost. A fun way to let them know about it is with emcee or DJ announcements. It’s also a nice touch to offer the photo with a frame or other small favor as well as displaying signs announcing where the station is set up.
Yes. You have the option of adding text to the prints (such as your event name), a logo, or slogan. We will go over this with you before the event.
Yes. We would require a shelter for it such as a tent or cover. Also keep in mind that electricity is required. We would also require a “Plan B” is the weather proves to be too extreme for the station. That is something the attendant would determine upon arrival for set up. Without the proper protection and environment, the elements could lesson the quality of the photos.
Yes. A professionally dressed attendant will be on site with the station for the entirety of your rental. They will monitor the station constantly to insure it’s running properly.
You will receive a USB flash drive of all of your pictures taken during the event.
Yes. If you are concerned about traffic to the Paparazzi! Selfie Station, we can discuss that prior to the start of your event. It’s actually a common concern when there are lots of kids at the event, as they tend to use the station a lot. It’s certainly fine by us but if you think it could be a problem then we can implement the use of tickets or something like that to pace use of the station. That way all the adults will get a fair amount of time to ham it up and get in on the fun!
Yes. Children and adults alike love props! If you need something other that what we usually have with us, please let us know when we discuss the particulars of your upcoming event.
Yes. We encourage you to provide any special props that your guests may enjoy taking pictures with, have special meaning or go with your theme.
Yes. Some photos from the event will be published to our social media sites or used on our website. Photos that include any of your guests are only used with their permission!
Yes. Please call us and we can talk to you about ways to do this. We are also open to your ideas.
